Processing Times
Everything pictured is ready to ship unless otherwise noted in the item description. In most cases I ship your items the next business day after receiving your order. I am a one-woman operation, so I appreciate your patience and understanding if it takes me a little longer to process your order. If I need to contact you regarding your order I do so via email, so keep an eye on your inbox just in case (and check your Spam folder, too!).
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $5 for packages under 1 pound and $10 for all packages over 1 pound on orders shipped within the United States. Everything is expertly packed to ensure safe arrival and will be shipped via USPS. Your order will be updated with a tracking number as soon as the package ships. If your item arrives damaged, keep the damaged item and all the original packaging, take pictures for documentation and email them to me within 24 hours of receiving the order for information on replacement or refund. Failure to comply with this procedure will result in forfeiture of any refund or replacement. In the case of international orders, I ship USPS First Class International and tracking is provided through customs only. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes and I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns/exchange
I will accept returns or exchanges if requested within 3 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back to me within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please make sure to pack ceramics securely so they arrive intact. If the item is not returned in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will be expected to recoup their loss by filing the claim directly with the shipping company. Items purchased on sale are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Custom orders
I'd love to create something special for you! Please email me with your requests. Payment is due in full before any work will begin. Once the project has begun, orders are non-refundable, and custom orders are not returnable. I do not accept order cancellations for custom orders.
